Returns:

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days and receive a full refund upon receipt. Email info@bottleboss.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address.

At Bottle Boss we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out! 

In the unlikely event that a device fails, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Bottle Boss. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
